At Supplyernaut, we focus on fast, reliable order fulfillment. Below is everything you need to know about how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, shipping times will depend on the delivery option selected at checkout.

Shipping Options

We provide multiple delivery speeds to fit your needs:

Standard Delivery: arrives within 3–5 business days

Expedited Delivery: arrives within 3 business days

Next-Day Delivery: arrives within 1 business day

Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Fast-Track Delivery (3-Day Turnaround)

For customers who need products quickly, our expedited option is designed to move orders from placement to delivery within 3 business days. This includes processing, dispatch, and transit time.

While we prioritize speed, external factors (weather, carrier delays, etc.) may occasionally impact delivery timelines.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours, so you can follow your package until it arrives.

International Orders

We currently ship to select countries outside the United States. Keep in mind that international shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Issues & Damaged Items

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the carrier’s control. Supplyernaut is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.

If your order arrives with an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. You may also reach out to us for guidance.
